Aeronautical Activity means any activity commonly conducted at airports which involves, makes possible or is required for the operation of aircraft, or which contributes to or is required for the safety of such operations. These activities include, but are not limited to, air taxi and charter operations, pilot training, aircraft renting, sightseeing, aerial photography, crop dusting, aerial advertising, aerial surveying, air carrier operations (passenger or cargo), skydiving, ultralight operations, aircraft sales and services, sale of aviation petroleum products, repair and maintenance of aircraft, aircraft management, or sale of aircraft parts, aircraft storage or ground service equipment handling.
Aeronautical Activity means an activity that involves, makes possible, or is required for the operation of aircraft or that contributes to or is required for the safety of operations.

Lessee shall maintain the on-going Non-Commercial Aeronautical Activity authorized in this Agreement at the Hangar throughout the term of this Agreement.

If Xxxxxx is conducting a Commercial Aeronautical Activity, the Lessee shall maintain those limits set forth in the Minimum Standards for Commercial Aeronautical Activity adopted by the Port.
More Definitions of Aeronautical Activity
Aeronautical Activity means any activity conducted at the Airport that involves, makes possible, or is required for the operation of Aircraft, or which contributes to or is required for the safety of such operations.
Aeronautical Activity means any activity or service which involves, makes possible, or is required for the operation of Aircraft, or contributes to, or is required for, the safety of such operations. "Aeronautical Activity" includes, but is not limited to, Charter Operations (under either Federal Aviation Regulation [FAR] Part 121 or 135), charter brokerage, Aircraft hangar leasing, pilot training, Aircraft Rental and sight-seeing, aerial photography, crop dusting, fire suppression, aerial advertising and surveying, Aircraft Sales, leasing and servicing, Aircraft management, and sale of aviation petroleum products, whether or not conducted in conjunction with other included activities which have a direct relationship to the operation of Aircraft, repair and maintenance of Aircraft, sale of General Aviation Aircraft parts, and any other activities which because of their relationship to the operation of Aircraft can appropriately be regarded as an "Aeronautical Activity."
Aeronautical Activity means any of the following aviation related commercial activities generally provided to the public or any segment thereof, at an aeronautical facility either by the licensee or his or her tenants or invitees, with or without compensation:

Aeronautical Activity means any activity for which the airport is the primary base, which involves, makes possible, or is required for the safe operation of the following activities which shall include, but not by way of limitation, all activities commonly conducted on airports, such as charter operations, pilot training, aircraft rental, sight seeing, aerial photography, crop dusting, sales and services of aircraft, sale of aviation petroleum products, whether or not conducted in conjunction with other included activities, repair and maintenance of aircraft, sale of aircraft parts, sale and maintenance of aircraft accessories, sales and service of radio communication and navigation equipment, and any other activity which, because of its direct relationship with the operation of aircraft, can appropriately be regarded as an aeronautical activity.
