Aeronautical Activities definition

Aeronautical Activities means any activity that involves, makes possible, or is required for the operation of aircraft, or that contributes to or is required for the safety of such operations. Aeronautical activities include, but are not limited to: aircraft charter operations, pilot training, aircraft rental, aircraft hangar leasing, sightseeing, aerial photography, crop dusting, aerial advertising and surveying, air carrier operations, aircraft sales and services, sale of aviation petroleum products, repair and maintenance of aircraft, sale of aircraft parts, and any other activities that directly relate to the operation of aircraft. In contrast, examples that are not "Aeronautical Activities" include: ground transportation (taxis, car rentals, limousine service, etc.), restaurants, in-flight food catering and auto parking lots.
Aeronautical Activities means any activity which involves, makes possible, or is required for the operation of aircraft, or which contributes to or is required for the safety of such operations. Aeronautical Activities include, but are not limited to: air taxi and charter operations, parachute and ultra-light aircraft activities, pilot training, aircraft rental, aircraft hangar leasing, sightseeing, aerial photography, crop dusting, skydiving, aerial advertising and surveying, air carrier operations, aircraft sales and services, sale of aviation petroleum products, repair and maintenance of aircraft, sale of aircraft parts, and any other activities which directly relate to the operation of aircraft. In contrast, examples which are not "Aeronautical Activities" include: ground transportation (taxis, car rentals, limousine service, etc.), restaurants, in-flight food catering, and auto parking lots.
Aeronautical Activities means any activity that involves, makes possible, or is required for the operation of aircraft or that contributes to or is required for the safety of such operations. Activities within this definition, commonly conducted on airports, include, but are not limited to, the following: general and corporate aviation, air taxi and charter operations, scheduled and nonscheduled air carrier operations, pilot training, aircraft rental and sightseeing, aerial photography, crop dusting, aerial advertising and surveying, aircraft sales and services, aircraft storage, sale of aviation petroleum products, repair and maintenance of aircraft, sale of aircraft parts, parachute or ultralight activities, and any other activities that, because of their direct relationship to the operation of aircraft, can appropriately be regarded as aeronautical activities. Activities such as model aircraft and model rocket operations are not aeronautical activities.

  • The following performance standards apply to all Commercial Aeronautical Operators and Commercial Aeronautical Activities.

  • The requirements set forth herein are the Minimum Standards which are applicable to persons conducting Commercial Aeronautical Activities at the Airport and all persons are encouraged to exceed such Minimum Standards in conducting their activities.

  • It shall be the policy of the City that any person, firm, or corporation wishing to provide Aeronautical Services to the public or conduct special Commercial Aeronautical Activities as defined herein at the Airport shall be given equal opportunity to compete without unjust discrimination for use of available Airport facilities pursuant to FAA Airport Improvement Program (AIP) Grant Assurance 22 Economic Nondiscrimination.

Aeronautical Activities means any activity or service that involves, makes possible, facilitates, is related to, assists in, or is required for the operation of aircraft, or which contributes to or is required for the safety of aircraft operations.

Aeronautical Activities means any aviation related commercial activities generally provided to the public at the Airport either by the tenants or invitees, with or without compensation.
Aeronautical Activities. Two percent (2%) of the gross revenues derived from the conduct of all approved aeronautical activities. • Non-aeronautical Activities: Car rental agencies: On airport agencies shall pay 10% of the gross revenues derived from their activities Off airport car rental agencies shall pay 8% of the gross revenues derived from such activities Hotels: On airport hotel operators shall pay 3% of the gross revenues derived from their activities.
Aeronautical Activities means any activity commonly conducted at the Airport which involves, makes possible, or is required for, the operation of aircraft, or which contributes to, or is required for, the safety of such operations. These activities include, but are not limited to, air taxi and chartering operations, pilot training, aircraft renting, sightseeing, aerial photography, crop dusting, aerial advertising, aerial surveying, air carrier operations, aircraft sales and services, sale of aviation petroleum products, repair and maintenance of aircraft, or sale of aircraft parts and aircraft storage.

  • Commercial Activities means activities conducted on a commercial basis.

  • Medical Affairs Activities means, with respect to any country or other jurisdiction in the Territory, the coordination of medical information requests and field based medical scientific liaisons with respect to Licensed Compounds or Licensed Products, including activities of medical scientific liaisons and the provision of medical information services with respect to a Licensed Compound or Licensed Product.
