Advisory Period definition

Advisory Period shall have the meaning provided in Section 2.3(d).

More Definitions of Advisory Period

Advisory Period shall begin on the day following the Execution Date (the “Effective Date”) and shall continue for 12 months (the “Initial Term”), unless earlier terminated in accordance with Section 1(g) of this Agreement.
