Advisory organization means any enti- ty which has two (2) or more member insur- ers or is controlled either directly or indirect- ly by two (2) or more insurers, and which assists insurers in ratemaking related activi- ties and is licensed pursuant to section 287.967, RSMo. Two (2) or more insurers which have a common ownership or operate in this state under common management or control constitute a single insurer for the pur- poses of this definition.
Advisory organization filings are subject to the provisions of sections 2303, 2304-A and 2304-B.
