Advisory Contract definition

Advisory Contract means any investment management, advisory or sub-advisory Contract, or any other Contract, arrangement or understanding (whether written or oral), pursuant to which the Company or any of its Subsidiaries provides Investment Management Services as of any date of determination.
Advisory Contract means any investment advisory, investment sub-advisory, investment management, or similar Contract pursuant to which a Group Company provides Investment Advisory Services to any Client.

Advisory Contract means any existing investment advisory, sub-advisory, investment management, trust or similar agreement between HDV Holdings or any of its Subsidiaries and any Person where HDV Holdings or such Subsidiary acts as investment adviser, manager, sub-advisor, sub-manager, or in another similar capacity to such Person.
