ADVISORY CLIENTS definition

ADVISORY CLIENTS means the entities, individuals or accounts to which OFI (as defined below) provides investment advisory services pursuant to an investment management agreement.

ADVISORY CLIENTS means those institutional investment clients of Southeastern on whose behalf Southeastern Beneficially Owns and may acquire shares of Common Stock.
