Advisor Fees definition

Advisor Fees means the fees paid to the Financial Advisors for advisory services in connection with the Leveraged ESOP Transactions.
Advisor Fees means the aggregate amount of: (a) all fees, expenses, costs, commissions and disbursements of any Advisor incurred by or on behalf of the Company or the Company Subsidiaries prior to the Closing in connection with this Agreement and the transactions contemplated hereby; and (b) any amounts payable in connection with the termination of the Management Agreement.
Advisor Fees means all fees and expenses reimbursements (including fees arising from the consummation of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement) that are payable or that have otherwise accrued under the terms of each of the Advisory Agreements.

  • Upon the occurrence of an event in clause (b) or (c), Betterment will liquidate all holdings of the Account, deduct any accrued but unpaid Wrap Fees and Advisor Fees, and disburse the remaining proceeds from liquidation to Client.

More Definitions of Advisor Fees

Advisor Fees. As provided for in the RSA, the Company shall pay the reasonable and documented fees and expenses of the Ad Hoc Committee’s advisors incurred from the signing of the Ad Hoc Committee’s advisor’s engagement letters through the date of the signing of the RSA. The Company shall timely pay the reasonable and documented fees and expenses of the Ad Hoc Committee’s advisors incurred from the signing of the RSA through the closing of the Transaction pursuant to the terms of the engagement letters executed between such advisors and the Company. Upon the closing of the Transaction described herein, the Company shall pay all remaining outstanding reasonable and documented fees and expenses of the Ad Hoc Committee’s legal and financial advisors (including those fees and expenses incurred prior to May 30, 2014).
