Adviser Subsidiary definition

Adviser Subsidiary has the meaning set forth in Section 5.3(f). “Advisory Client” has the meaning set forth in Section 5.3(f).
Adviser Subsidiary means Pagaya Investments US LLC, a Delaware limited liability company.
