Advised Fund definition

Advised Fund means an investment company registered under the 1940 Act for which the Adviser serves as investment adviser or sub-adviser. Therefore, this includes each series of Bridgeway Funds, Inc. as well as any other funds for which the Adviser serves as investment adviser or sub-adviser.

Advised Fund means an investment company (open-end or closed-end fund registered under the 1940 Act) for which STW serves as investment adviser or sub-adviser.

Advised Fund means a registered investment company for which PCA serves as adviser or sub-adviser.

• Within the parameters of that investment program, it is my (our) preference that the assets contained in the above referenced Donor Advised Fund be invested according to the following recommendations.

Advised Fund means a collective investment vehicle with respect to which any Company acts in an advisory capacity, subadvisory capacity or otherwise provides services on behalf of Parent other than the Ivy Fund, any Portfolio or any Subadvised Fund.
