Advertising Space definition

Advertising Space means that portion of the available programme (air)time which is reserved by the Client for advertising (e.g. TRP campaigns, spots, sponsoring and/or premiums) on the Channel(s) and/or Digital “Advertiser” means a physical or legal entity, whose products and/or services are advertised and/or are scheduled to be advertised on the Channel(s) and/or Digital.
Advertising Space means one advertisement, offered on the website server, with a defined start date. Link means a request for information from a server other than the website server.
Advertising Space means the advertising panels and/or structure granted in the media contract or such other advertising space which form part of BOA/ BAAAU's product suite. For the avoidance of doubt, some structures such as digital displays, may be comprised of more than one advertising space.

Examples of Advertising Space in a sentence

  • Advertiser shall mean any private for-profit or not-for-profit legal entity, any public legal entity or any individual acting in a professional capacity that purchases Advertising Space by means of an advertising order on one of the Media for which LES ECHOS LE PARISIEN MÉDIAS provides advertising services.

  • The Customer shall mean the Client or the Agency, who is interested in use of the Advertising Space at Servers and HbbTV.

  • Booking of the Advertising Space at Servers shall expire after lapse of 15 business days, but always 10 business days, at the latest, before the planned commencement of the campaign.

  • Booking of the Advertising Space in HbbTV expires after 15 business days, but always 15 business days before the planned commencement of the campaign.

  • The Supplier, if it agrees with booking of the Advertising Space, shall confirm the booking, usually within 3 business days as of delivery of the notification on booking.


More Definitions of Advertising Space

Advertising Space means the advertising space made available to Buyer on the Site and/or the Applications pursuant to the Advertising Order entered into between the Parties.
