Advertising Revenue means consideration received
Advertising Revenue means consideration received by the taxpayer in exchange for broadcasting services or allowing the broadcasting of commercials or announcements in connection with the broadcasting of film or radio programming, from sponsorships of the programming, or from product placements in the programming.
Advertising Revenue means the gross revenue directly earned from sale of advertising inventory as calculated in accordance with the U.S. GAAP, before excluding any bad debts and agent rebate.

More Definitions of Advertising Revenue

Advertising Revenue means amounts paid to Aircell or Delta by third parties in exchange for the placement of advertisements on the Portal, less any refunds or credits; provided, however, that Advertising Revenue shall not include any Sponsorship Revenue.
Advertising Revenue means all revenue received by DY that is generated during the Pilot Term and, if applicable, any Extension Term from the sale by DY of advertising space on the DY Mobile on Demand page. Mobile content revenues include gross commissions received from ringtones less royalties paid to Universal Music Inc. and other artists.
Advertising Revenue means the sum of the aggregate amounts billed for the license or sale of any Advertising Rights, less the sum of: (a) amounts allocable to any credits granted for unused Advertising Rights, (b) agency, camera-ready art and other discounts actually provided, (c) refunds, rebates, make goods and similar credits, (d) applicable taxes; (e) a three percent (3%) reserve for bad debts; and (f) amounts billed for production services actually performed in connection with the license or sale of Advertising Rights; provided, that (i) the amount billed for media portion of such license or sale must be at or above the prevailing rate and (ii) iVillage notifies Intuit in writing of the relative amounts proposed to be billed for production and media, respectively, and Intuit does not object to such amounts before the end of the second business day following receipt of such written notice.
Advertising Revenue means, with respect to any period hereunder, one hundred percent (100%) of the aggregate revenue of Buyer, East and West collectively under the Advertising Agreement during such period.
