Advertising Results definition

Advertising Results means advertisements served by Google hereunder.
Advertising Results means advertisements, including all of the content in, or delivered with, such advertisements for display to End Users, provided by Google to Yahoo! through the Services under this Agreement.
Advertising Results means the AFS Ads ordered by Customer and served by Google under this Order Form, as further defined in Section 1.1 of the GSA.

Examples of Advertising Results in a sentence

  • In addition to the requirements set forth in Appendix B §13 Advertising Results, any Contractor advertisements, promotional literature and/or Contract description(s) of Contract awards must be reviewed and approved by NYSPro prior to issuance.

Related to Advertising Results

  • Research Results means any technical result acquired based on the Collaborative Research, including, but not limited to, any invention, idea, design, copyrightable work and know-how which relates to the purpose of the Collaborative Research.

  • Advertising Materials means any advertising, marketing, merchandising, promotional, contest-related, public relations (including press releases), display, point of sale or website materials regarding or relating to the Licensed Products or depicting any of the Licensed Trademarks. Advertising Materials include any advertisements in which the System is displayed, referred to, or used, including giving away any unit(s) of the System as prizes in contests or sweepstakes and the public display of the System in product placement opportunities.

  • Advertising sign means any surface or structure with characters, letters or illustrations applied there-to and displayed in any manner whatsoever outdoors for the purpose of advertising or giving information or to attract the public to any place, person, public performance, article, or merchandise, and which surface or structure is attached to, forms part of, or is connected with any building, or is fixed to the ground or to any pole, screen, fence or hoarding or displayed in space, or in or over any water body included in the jurisdiction of the Authority;

  • Pricing Information means the information relating to (i) the number of Shares issued and (ii) the offering price of the Shares included on the cover page of the Prospectus.

  • Commercially Sensitive Information Schedule means the Schedule containing a list of the Commercially Sensitive Information.
