Advertising Areas definition

Advertising Areas shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.05.
Advertising Areas means the advertising areas at the Tsim Sha Tsui Interchange Subways and the Middle Road Subway, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon,
Advertising Areas means the advertising areas on Portions of the external walls of the Building (as defined hereinbelow) which is for identification purpose only shown coloured pink on the plan (Plan No. GPA H20933) annexed hereto.

More Definitions of Advertising Areas

Advertising Areas means the eight advertising areas on portions of the walls of the Building (as defined hereinbelow) which is for identification purpose only shown coloured pink on the plans (Plan Nos. GPA H21440-1, GPA H21440-2, GPA H21440-3 and GPA H21440-4) annexed hereto.
Advertising Areas means the thirty-nine (39) advertising areas on portions of the Walls (as defined below) at the Restricted Area (as defined below) and the said Advertising Areas are shown coloured pink on the Plans (as defined below) for identification purpose only.

Related to Advertising Areas

  • advertising structure means any screen, fence, wall or other physical structure or object erected to display an advertisement or which is in itself an advertisement or used to display an advertisement.

  • Advertising device means any device or object erected or located so as to attract public attention to any goods or services or facilities or events and includes flags, banners, pennants and lights;

  • Advertising sign means any surface or structure with characters, letters or illustrations applied there-to and displayed in any manner whatsoever outdoors for the purpose of advertising or giving information or to attract the public to any place, person, public performance, article, or merchandise, and which surface or structure is attached to, forms part of, or is connected with any building, or is fixed to the ground or to any pole, screen, fence or hoarding or displayed in space, or in or over any water body included in the jurisdiction of the Authority;

  • Service Areas means those areas within the Building used for stairs, elevator shafts, flues, vents, stacks, pipe shafts and other vertical penetrations (but shall not include any such areas for the exclusive use of a particular tenant).

  • Parking Areas means those portions of the Common Areas or other areas under Landlord’s control which from time to time are designated by the Landlord for the parking of automobiles and other automotive vehicles while engaged in business upon the Premises (other than while being used to make deliveries to and from the Premises).

  • Dining area means a public room or area in which meals are regularly served.

  • Sites means the area(s) upon or in which the construction work is carried on, and such other areas adjacent thereto as may be designated by the Commissioner.

  • Areas means such areas within the DAS Areas that are identified in Annexure A annexed to this Agreement;

Additionally, Grantee agrees that Gross Revenues subject to franchise fees shall include all commissions, rep fees, Affiliated Entity fees, or rebates paid to National Cable Communications (“NCC”) and Comcast Spotlight (“Spotlight”) or their successors associated with sales of advertising on the Cable System within the Town allocated according to this paragraph using total Cable Service subscribers reached by the advertising.

  • Advertising Costs The Company will determine with the Agent the amount of advertising that may be appropriate in soliciting offers to purchase the Book-Entry Notes. Advertising expenses will be paid by the Company.

  • Users mean individuals who are authorized by Customer to use the Subscription Service, subject to the terms of this Agreement, and have been supplied user identifications and passwords by Customer.   • Landing area means that part of a movement area intended for the landing or take-off of aircraft;

  • Water-oriented use means a use that is water-dependent, water-related, or water-enjoyment, or a combination of such uses.
