ADVERTISEMENTS AND SIGNS. Tenant will not place or permit to be placed, in, upon or about the exterior of the Building any signs which are prohibited by the city or other governing authority. The Tenant will not place, or permit to be placed, upon the exterior of the Building, any signs, advertisements or notices without the written consent of the Landlord as to type, size, design, lettering, coloring and location, and such consent will not be unreasonably withheld. Any sign so placed on the exterior of the Building shall be so placed upon the understanding and agreement that Tenant will remove same at the termination of the tenancy herein created and repair any damage or injury to the exterior of the Building caused thereby, and if not so removed by Tenant then Landlord may have same so removed at Tenant's expense.
ADVERTISEMENTS AND SIGNS. Landlord reserves the right to the use of the exterior walls and the roof of the premises and of the building of which the premises are a part. Tenant shall not inscribe, paint or affix any signs, advertisements, place card or awnings on the exterior or roof of the premises or upon the entrance doors, window, or the sidewalk on or adjacent to the premises without the prior written consent of Landlord. Any signs so placed on the premises shall be so placed upon the understanding and agreement that Tenant will remove same at the termination of this lease and will repair any damage or injury to the premises caused thereby, and if not so removed by Tenant, then Landlord may remove it at Tenant's expense.
