Adverse Publicity definition

Adverse Publicity means the publication of unfavorable information regarding the Public Entity which can reasonably be considered to materially reduce public confidence in the competence, integrity or viability of the Public Entity to conduct business. Such publication must occur in a report about an Insured appearing in:
Adverse Publicity means the reporting of an actual or alleged Accidental Contamination during the Policy period in local, regional or national media (including but not limited to radio, television, newspaper, magazines or the Internet) or any governmental publication provided that the Insured Product(s) or the products served at any restaurant under the same trade name as the Insured are specifically named.
Adverse Publicity means the reporting of an alleged but not actual Product Defect or Malicious Product Tampering during the Period of Insurance in local, regional or national media (included, but not limited to, radio, television, printed publications or the internet) or any government publication pro- vided that the Named Insured or the Insured Product(s) is specifically mentioned as directly linked to a Product Defect or Malicious Product Tampering.
