Advance Type. Judicial P&I Advances, Non-Judicial P&I Advances, Judicial Escrow Advances, Non-Judicial Escrow Advances, Judicial Corporate Advances and Non-Judicial Corporate Advances.

Advance Type. Delinquency Advances, Judicial Escrow Advances, Non-Judicial Escrow Advances, Judicial Corporate Advances and Non-Judicial Corporate Advances.

Advance Type means each of the following types of Delinquency Advances and Protective Advances: (i) Delinquency Advances, (ii) Conditional Pool Protective Advances and (iii) Non-Crossed Protective Advances.

Advance Type. (i) With respect to Xxxxxxx Mac Advances, Delinquency Advance Receivables, Judicial Escrow Advance Receivables, Non-Judicial Escrow Advance Receivables, Judicial Corporate Advance Receivables and Non-Judicial Corporate Advance Receivables that are related to Xxxxxxx Mac Advances and (ii) with respect to Xxxxxx Mae Advances, Delinquency Advance Receivables, Delinquent MBS Mortgage Repurchase Advance Receivables, Judicial Escrow Advance Receivables, Non-Judicial Escrow Advance Receivables, Judicial Corporate Advance Receivables and Non-Judicial Corporate Advance Receivables that are related to Xxxxxx Xxx Advances.

Advance Type refers to the distinction between Advances which are Acquisition Advances, Advances which are Letter of Credit Advances, Advances which are Working Capital Advances, and Advances which are Development Advances.

Advance Type refers to the distinction among Advances as being one of the following types: (a) P&I Advances, (b) T&I Advances or (c) Corporate Advances, or any other type or types of Advances that may be specified from time to time in an amendment to this Agreement entered into as provided in Section 10(b); provided, that any such additional Advance Types shall be reflected on (i) Attachment A to the applicable Assignment of Purchased Receivables and (ii) the books and records of the applicable Seller.
