Advance Reimbursement Amount definition

Advance Reimbursement Amount has the meaning stated in Section 4.4(b) of the Servicing Supplement.

Advance Reimbursement Amount means any amount received or deemed to be received by the Servicer pursuant to Section 5.11 in reimbursement of an Advance made out of its own funds.

Advance Reimbursement Amount. As defined in Section 5.01(b)(ii).

Examples of Advance Reimbursement Amount in a sentence

• Advance Reimbursement Amount for a Lease will be applied (a) first, to the Advance Balances outstanding on the date of resignation or termination of the predecessor Servicer and (b) second, to any remaining Advance Balances.

• Any Advance Reimbursement Amount for any Lease will be applied (a) first to the Advance Balances outstanding on the date of termination of such predecessor Servicer and (b) second, to the remaining portion, if any, of the Advance Balances.

Advance Reimbursement Amount means any amount which the related Servicer collects on a Serviced Loan, withdraws from an MBS Trust Collection Account or receives from an MBS Trustee, to reimburse an Advance made by such Servicer (including reimbursement of P&I Advances that were advanced by such Servicer using Amounts Held for Future Distribution) pursuant to a Designated Servicing Agreement.
