Advance Availability definition

Advance Availability means, for any Advance Date, the lesser of (i) the Commitment Amount minus the Aggregate Outstanding Note Balance and (ii) the Borrowing Base minus the Aggregate Outstanding Note Balance, in each case measured as of the Business Day before the Issuer’s delivery of an Advance Request (giving pro forma effect to the Advance requested and any Loans to be acquired on the proposed Advance Date). Following the occurrence of the Investment Period Termination Date, the Advance Availability shall be zero.
Advance Availability means any Availability purchased for any parcel of land within a Service Area, in advance of the Authority's extension of services into the Service Area.
Advance Availability means the difference between (i) the Maximum Advance Amount and (ii) Advances outstanding.

More Definitions of Advance Availability

Advance Availability means an amount equal to 250% of EBITDA for the twelve-month period ended on the date of determination, determined as at the last day of the most recent fiscal quarter end of Borrower.
Advance Availability means, at any particular time, the amount by which (i) the Aggregate Commitment at such time exceeds (ii) the Total Outstandings.
