Advance Amount definition

Advance Amount means with respect to Class A Advances, the Class A Advance Amount and, with respect to Class B Advances, the Class B Advance Amount.

Advance Amount has the meaning set forth in the Collateral Valuation Schedule.

Advance Amount means, with respect to any Asset for which any Liquidation Proceeds are received, the product of (i) the Maximum Advance Rate and (ii) the Collateral Balance of such Asset immediately prior to the sale or payment that gave rise to such Liquidation Proceeds.

• At any time during the Commitment Period, the Company may deliver an Advance Notice to the Investor, subject to the conditions set forth in Section 7.2; provided, however, the amount for each Advance as designated by the Company in the applicable Advance Notice, shall not be more than the Maximum Advance Amount.

More Definitions of Advance Amount

Advance Amount means, as of any date of determination under the Overcollateralization Test (as described in this Section 1), (a) the sum for all Eligible Investments of the product of (i) the Market Value (determined as described in Section 4 below) of such Eligible Investment (determined as described in Section 2 below) and (ii) one minus the Margin Requirement for such Eligible Investment minus (b) the Unpaid Amount as of such date.

Advance Amount means with respect to the Receivables, an amount not to exceed the lesser of (i) the excess of the Maximum Invested Amount over the Invested Amount of the Note as of such Funding Date; and (ii) the excess of the Net Borrowing Base (taking into account the amount of the Receivables to be purchased on such Funding Date) over the Invested Amount of the Note as of such Funding Date.

Advance Amount means, as of any date of determination, the amount equal to the least of:

Advance Amount. With respect to any Advance under a Variable Funding Certificate and any Funding Date, subject to the terms and conditions hereof, an amount equal to the product of (a) the applicable Advance Rate and (b) the Borrowing Base.

Advance Amount means, for each Cohort, the amount determined in the manner provided in Annex A hereto.
