Adult services definition

Adult services means services provided to an adult outside the home, except when they are provided within the home according to an individual's assessed needs and identified in an individual service plan, that support learning and assistance in the area of self-care, sensory and motor development, socialization, daily living skills, communication, community living, social skills, or vocational skills.
