Adult dependent child definition

Adult dependent child means an unmarried person 18 years of age or older who has a disabling impairment that began before age 22 that is collecting disability related benefits from the U.S. Social Security Administration (SSA).
Adult dependent child means an individual who is 18 years of age or older and who is incapable of self-care because of a mental or physical disability within the meaning of Government Code section 12926.
