ADS Registration Statement definition

ADS Registration Statement shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 3.1(f).

ADS Registration Statement means the registration statement referred to in paragraph 1(i)(c) above, including all exhibits thereto, each as amended at the time such part of the registration statement became effective.
