Adopting Resolution definition

Adopting Resolution means the Resolution which approves this Development Agreement, as required by RCW 36.70B.200.

More Definitions of Adopting Resolution

Adopting Resolution means the Resolution which approves this Development Agreement, pursuant to RCW 36.70B.200.

Related to Adopting Resolution

  • Authorizing Resolution means a resolution adopted by the Board of Directors or by an Officer or committee of Officers pursuant to Board delegation authorizing a Series of Securities.

  • Special Resolution means a resolution passed by a majority of not less than two-thirds (2/3) of the votes cast on that resolution.
