Adobe Partner definition

Adobe Partner means an entity that is appointed by Adobe to process orders from end users, or a reseller of Products and Services to end users.
Adobe Partner means an entity that is appointed by Adobe to process orders from Customers or a reseller of Products and Services.

  • Any terms or conditions in Customer’s purchase order or any other related documentation submitted by or on behalf of Customer to Adobe (or any other party, such as an Adobe Partner) do not form part of this Agreement and are void, unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing and signed by both Customer and Adobe.

  • The Agreement (the Program Guide and this Adobe Partner Connection Reseller Program Agreement) completely and exclusively states the agreement of the parties regarding its subject matter.

  • General Partner has the meaning set forth in the Preamble.
