Administrative Period definition

Administrative Period means period of time immediately following an initial measurement period or a standard measurement period when the participating employer determines which “variable hour” and/or “ongoing” employees are eligible for coverage and to notify and enroll those eligible employees. The administrative period lasts 30 days.
Administrative Period means ACA period of no longer than 90 days beginning immediately following the end of a Standard Measurement Period and no longer than 90 days beginning immediately following the end of an Initial Measurement Period and ending immediately before the start of the associated Stability Period. During this time period the employer completes administrative tasks, for example but not limited to, calculating measurement period hours, eligibility determination, providing the employee with enrollment materials.
Administrative Period means the 3-month period following the measurement period during which eligible employees and dependent contractors will be offered health insurance coverage and any elections will be processed.

  • In connection with its services to be provided hereunder, the Trustee shall receive a fee from DLJMB as follows: (a) an initial fee of $3,000 payable upon the execution by the parties of this Agreement, (b) during the Administrative Period, a fee of $4,500 per annum, payable quarterly in advance, and (c) thereafter, such fee as the parties may from time to time agree.

More Definitions of Administrative Period

Administrative Period means the period beginning on the Petition Date and ending on the Confirmation Date.
