Administrative Materials definition

Administrative Materials means Works created by Faculty, Staff, and Students in connection with their obligations relating to the daily and long-term operation, administration, and management of the College. Administrative Materials includes, but is not limited to, internet and intranet websites, department and committee reports, evaluation and assessment materials, survey responses, standards and criteria documents, faculty handbook and bylaws materials, institutional policies, institutional grant proposals, promotional, marketing, and recruiting materials, computer code written to serve institutional needs, and other materials created for the operations of the College other than for purposes of teaching, scholarship, or research. Administrative Materials expressly excludes Course Materials and Scholarship Materials.
Administrative Materials means all Copyrighted Materials that are created to support the administrative functions of the college and includes, but is not limited to, Copyrighted Materials created in the course of a person’s work on college committees.
Administrative Materials means Works created by Faculty, Non-Faculty Employees, and/or Students through activities or obligations relating to the operation and management of the Colleges or service to the Colleges. Administrative Materials specifically excludes Scholarship Materials and Teaching Materials. Administrative Materials typically includes, but is not limited to, internet or intranet websites, department, institution, or committee reports, evaluation materials, survey responses, institutional self-studies, curricula, course descriptions, course proposals, departmental assessment tools, standards and criteria documents, faculty handbook and bylaws materials, institutional policies, institutional grant proposals or reports, promotional, marketing, recruiting materials, computer code written to serve institutional needs, and other materials created for the non-academic operation of the Colleges.

  • Manufacturing Materials means parts, tools, dies, jigs, fixtures, plans, drawings, and information produced or acquired, or rights acquired, specifically to fulfill obligations set forth herein.

  • Packaging Materials means the packaging materials for any of the Products, including product labels, packaging inserts, external packaging and similar materials.

  • Samples mean representative physical examples of materials, equipment or workmanship, used to confirm compliance with requirements and/or to establish standards for use in execution of the Work.

  • Promotional Materials means the core written, printed, video or graphic advertising, promotional, educational and communication materials (other than Collaboration Product labeling) for marketing, advertising and promotion of the Collaboration Products.

  • Manufacturing Services means the manufacturing, quality control, quality assurance, stability testing, packaging, and related services, set forth in this Agreement, required to manufacture Product or Products from Active Materials and Components;

  • Input Material means all documents, information, representations, statements and materials provided by Customer or a third party on behalf of Customer, relating to the Services, including computer programs, data, logos, reports and specifications and inventories.

  • Study Materials means all the materials and information created for the Study, or required to be submitted to the Sponsor including all data, results, Biological Samples, Case Report Forms (or their equivalent) in whatever form held, conclusions, discoveries, inventions, know-how and the like, whether patentable or not, relating to the Study, which are discovered or developed as a result of the Study, but excluding the Institution’s ordinary patient records.

  • Regulatory Materials means regulatory applications, submissions, notifications, registrations, or other filings made to or with a Regulatory Authority that are necessary or reasonably desirable in order to develop, manufacture, market, sell or otherwise commercialize a product in a particular country or regulatory jurisdiction. Regulatory Materials include INDs, XXXx and NDAs (as applications, but not the approvals with respect thereto).

  • Developed Materials means Materials created, made, or developed by Contractor or Subcontractors, either solely or jointly with the Court or Court Contractors, in the course of providing the Work under this Agreement, and all Intellectual Property Rights therein and thereto, including, without limitation, (i) all work-in-process, data or information, (ii) all modifications, enhancements and derivative works made to Contractor Materials, and (iii) all Deliverables; provided, however, that Developed Materials do not include Contractor Materials.

  • Product Information has the meaning specified in Section 10.12(a).

  • Standard Materials means all Materials not specified as Custom Materials.

  • API means American Petroleum Institute.

  • Contractor Materials means Materials owned or developed prior to the provision of the Work, or developed by Contractor independently from the provision of the Work and without use of the Court Materials or Confidential Information.

  • IP Materials has the meaning given to it in clause E8.1 (Intellectual Property Rights).

  • Supplier Materials has the meaning set out in clause 8.1(g);

  • Customer Materials any materials, data, information, software, equipment or other resources owned by or licensed to You and made available to Us pursuant to facilitating Your use of the Services, including Customer Data.

  • Background Material means any pre-existing works in which the Intellectual Property Rights are owned by either Party, which have been prepared by that Party outside the scope of this Agreement or which were licensed from a third party by that Party.”

  • Marketing Materials has the meaning ascribed thereto in NI 41-101;
