Administrative Contracting Officer means Administrative Agreements Officer, and “Agreement” shall mean the Future Combat Systems System Development and Demonstration Agreement. Any other typical terms not expressly included in this paragraph, contained within a DFARS clause, shall be interpreted in terms of an Other Transaction Agreement, Section 845 contractual vehicle and not in terms of a FAR-based procurement contract.

Administrative Contracting Officer or "ACO" means the persons employed by the District holding an official warrant from the District, which authorizes the persons to act on behalf of the District.
