Administrative Claims Bar Date definition

Administrative Claims Bar Date means the deadline for Filing requests for payment of Administrative Claims, which: (a) with respect to Administrative Claims other than Professional Fee Claims, shall be 30 days after the Effective Date; and (b) with respect to Professional Fee Claims, shall be 45 days after the Effective Date.
Administrative Claims Bar Date means the first Business Day that is 30 days following the Effective Date, except as specifically set forth in the Plan or a Final Order.
Administrative Claims Bar Date means the Business Day which is thirty (30) days after the Effective Date, or such other date as approved by Final Order of the Bankruptcy Court.
