Administrative Claims Bar Date definition

Administrative Claims Bar Date means the deadline for Filing requests for payment of Administrative Claims, which: (a) with respect to Administrative Claims other than Professional Fee Claims, shall be 30 days after the Effective Date; and (b) with respect to Professional Fee Claims, shall be 45 days after the Effective Date.

Administrative Claims Bar Date means the first Business Day that is 30 days following the Effective Date, except as specifically set forth in the Plan or a Final Order.

• Except as otherwise provided in this Article II.B hereof, and except with respect to Administrative Claims that are Professional Fee Claims, requests for payment of Administrative Claims must be Filed with the Bankruptcy Court and served on the Debtors pursuant to the procedures specified in the Confirmation Order and the notice of entry of the Confirmation Order no later than the Administrative Claims Bar Date.

• For the avoidance of doubt, any DIP Claims and claims relating to the Backstop Agreement shall not be subject to the Administrative Claims Bar Date or the Claims Bar Date.

• Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Plan, the fees and expenses described in this paragraph shall not be subject to the Administrative Claims Bar Date.
