Examples of Administrative Claims Bar Date in a sentence
Holders of Administrative Claims that are required to File and serve a request for payment of such Administrative Claims that do not File and serve such a request by the Administrative Claims Bar Date shall be forever barred, estopped and enjoined from asserting such Administrative Claims against the Debtors, the Reorganized Debtors and their respective Estates and property and such Administrative Claims shall be deemed discharged as of the Effective Date.
Except as otherwise specifically provided in the Plan, any Entity that requests compensation or expense reimbursement for making a substantial contribution in the Chapter 11 Cases pursuant to sections 503(b)(3), (4), and (5) of the Bankruptcy Code must file an application and serve such application on counsel for the Debtors or Reorganized Debtors, as applicable, and as otherwise required by the Bankruptcy Court, the Bankruptcy Code, and the Bankruptcy Rules on or before the Administrative Claims Bar Date.
Except as otherwise provided in this Article II.B hereof, and except with respect to Administrative Claims that are Professional Fee Claims, requests for payment of Administrative Claims must be Filed with the Bankruptcy Court and served on the Debtors pursuant to the procedures specified in the Confirmation Order and the notice of entry of the Confirmation Order no later than the Administrative Claims Bar Date.
For the avoidance of doubt, any DIP Claims and claims relating to the Backstop Agreement shall not be subject to the Administrative Claims Bar Date or the Claims Bar Date.
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Plan, the fees and expenses described in this paragraph shall not be subject to the Administrative Claims Bar Date.
