Administrative Amounts definition

Administrative Amounts means that portion of the Financing Payments representing fees and reasonable expenses of the Trustee, the Authority, the Administrator, and the Reporting Agent, and including the Authority Fees, the Trustee Fees, the Administrator Fees, Reporting Agent fees, and any amounts (other than the Bond Service Charges) required to be paid under this Agreement, including, but not limited to attorneys’ fees, amounts expended by the Authority or the Trustee in pursuing remedies, and amounts expended in connection with the levy, collection, and transfer of the Assigned Special Assessments.
Administrative Amounts means the portion of each Financing Payment identified as such in the applicable Agreement to reimburse the Authority for certain costs and expenses and to pay the fees of the Trustee.
