Administrative Agent’s Account definition

Administrative Agent’s Account means, for each Currency, an account in respect of such Currency designated by the Administrative Agent in a notice to the Borrower and the Lenders.

Examples of Administrative Agent’s Account in a sentence

  • The Borrowers shall pay to the Administrative Agent on behalf of the Lenders interest on Prime Loans at the Administrative Agent’s Account for Payments at a rate per annum equal to the Prime Rate plus the Applicable Margin.
