Administrative Agent’s Account definition

Administrative Agent’s Account means, for each Currency, an account in respect of such Currency designated by the Administrative Agent in a notice to the Borrower and the Lenders.

Examples of Administrative Agent’s Account in a sentence

• The Borrowers shall pay to the Administrative Agent on behalf of the Lenders interest on Prime Loans at the Administrative Agent’s Account for Payments at a rate per annum equal to the Prime Rate plus the Applicable Margin.

• Subject to the fulfillment of the applicable conditions set forth in Article Four, as determined by the Administrative Agent, the Administrative Agent will not later than 3:00 p.m., New York City time, on such Funding Date make all such funds deposited to the Administrative Agent’s Account by the Agents available, in the same type of funds received, by wire transfer thereof to the Borrower's Account.

• Each Bank shall, before 11:00 a.m. (New York City time), in the case of a Borrowing consisting of Term Benchmark Advances, or before 2:30 p.m. (New York City time), in the case of a Borrowing consisting of Base Rate Advances, on the date of such Borrowing, make available for the account of its Lending Office to the Administrative Agent at the Administrative Agent’s Account, in same day funds, such Bank’s ratable portion of such Borrowing.

Administrative Agent’s Account means the account maintained by the Administrative Agent and of which the Borrower shall have been notified, with such bank as may from time to time be specified by the Administrative Agent.
