Administrative Action definition

Administrative Action has the meaning set forth in paragraph 4(a) of Annex I.
Administrative Action means any decision taken, or any failure to take a decision, by-

Administrative Action has the meaning specified within the definition ofTax Event” in this Section 1.01.
