Administration Platform definition

Administration Platform has the meaning ascribed to it in the Recitals.
Administration Platform means the Shareworks software platform used by the Corporation to assist in the administration of the Plan, or any replacement of or successor platform implemented at the Corporation’s discretion;
Administration Platform means Solium's software and systems for the provision of Internet-based management, administration or execution of any Plan(s);

More Definitions of Administration Platform

Administration Platform means the proprietary superannuation administration platform used by Service Company in the provision of superannuation and pension administration services, the software for which is owned by aaspire Pty Ltd (ABN 24 125 151 779) which is a Related Body Corporate of Service Company. Account means the bank account or accounts of the Trustee that are operated by Custodian as the Trustee requests or instructs Custodian from time to time.

Related to Administration Platform

  • online platform means a provider of a hosting service which, at the request of a recipient of the service, stores and disseminates to the public information, unless that activity is a minor and purely ancillary feature of another service and, for objective and technical reasons cannot be used without that other service, and the integration of the feature into the other service is not a means to circumvent the applicability of this Regulation.

  • Self-administration means carrying and taking medication without the intervention of the school nurse, approved through the school district policy and restricted to students with asthma, other potentially life-threatening illnesses or life-threatening allergic reaction.

  • Hosting Platform means a hosted infrastructure to run the Cloud Service.

  • Approved Electronic Platform has the meaning assigned to it in Section 8.03(a).

  • Trading Platform means all programs and technology that present quotes in real-time, allow the placement/modification/deletion of orders and calculation of all mutual obligations of the Client and the Company.

  • Provider Platform Application means an application or a set of related functionality deployed on a Platform Cloud Service, created by Provider using the Tools to run on or with the Platform Cloud Service for access by End Users.

  • Administration Services means the services required for the effective and efficient administration of Bonitas and includes, but are not necessarily limited to, member record management, contribution management, benefit option management, claims processing and management, management of members’ personal, claims and financial information and any other services that are required for the administration of Bonitas;

  • Prescription monitoring program means the electronic system within the Department of Health Professions that monitors the dispensing of certain controlled substances.

  • Database Management System (“DBMS”) is a computer process used to store, sort, manipulate and update the data required to provide Selective Routing and ALI.

  • Platform has the meaning specified in Section 6.02.

  • Administration of Medication means the act of placing a medication in or on an individual's body by a staff member who is responsible for the individual's care.

  • Database Management System (DBMS) A system of manual procedures and computer programs used to create, store and update the data required to provide Selective Routing and/or Automatic Location Identification for 911 systems. Day: A calendar day unless otherwise specified. Dedicated Transport: UNE transmission path between one of CenturyLink’s Wire Centers or switches and another of CenturyLink’s Wire Centers or switches within the same LATA and State that are dedicated to a particular customer or carrier. Default: A Party’s violation of any material term or condition of the Agreement, or refusal or failure in any material respect to properly perform its obligations under this Agreement, including the failure to make any undisputed payment when due.   • Electric cooperative means a not-for-profit electric light company that both is or has been financed in whole or in part under the "Rural Electrification Act of 1936," 49 Stat. 1363, 7 U.S.C. 901, and owns or operates facilities in this state to generate, transmit, or distribute electricity, or a not-for-profit successor of such company.

  • Misadministration means the administration of:

  • Case management services means planned referral, linkage, monitoring and support, and advocacy provided in partnership with a consumer to assist that consumer with self sufficiency and community tenure and take place in the individual’s home, in the community, or in the facility, in accordance with a service plan developed with and approved by the consumer and qualified staff.

  • Financial Management Manual means the Financial Management Manual, referred to in paragraph B of Schedule 4 to this Agreement, that sets out the financial and accounting arrangements for Implementing Partners and the Recipient’s entities, in form and substance satisfactory to the Association;

  • Electronic prescription means a written prescription that is generated on an electronic application and is transmitted to a pharmacy as an electronic data file; Schedules II through V prescriptions shall be transmitted in accordance with 21 CFR Part 1300.

  • Centralized prescription processing means the processing by a pharmacy of a request from another pharmacy to fill or refill a prescription drug order or to perform processing functions such as dispensing, drug utilization review, claims adjudication, refill authorizations, and therapeutic interventions.

  • WOSB Program Repository means a secure, Web-based application that collects, stores, and disseminates documents to the contracting community and SBA, which verify the eligibility of a business concern for a contract to be awarded under the WOSB Program.

  • Non-Administrator Coordinated Home Care Program means a Coordinated Home Care Program which does not have an agreement with the Claim Administrator or a Blue Cross Plan but has been certified as a home health agency in accordance with the guidelines established by Medicare.

  • Administrative Procedures means the Administrative Procedures of Minnesota Management & Budget developed in accord with M.S. 43A.04, subdivision 4.
