Administered Body definition

Administered Body means any corporate body (wherever incorporated), foundation, individual, partnership (of whatever kind as permitted by the applicable law) or other association or body (whether or not incorporated) or trust or fund or other structure or arrangement to or in respect of which JTC provides Services.
Administered Body means any trust, body corporate, foundation, individual, partnership or other association or body of persons to or in respect of which Pavilion provide Services;

Examples of Administered Body in a sentence

  • Should an Interest holder take or attempt to take any step or action with regard to an Administered Body without the authorisation of said Appointees or other persons, such step or action shall constitute a breach of these Terms.

  • Interest holders should be aware that in the case of Client Monies being retained on a pooled account for a period of time greater than 30 days customer due diligence information relating to the Administered Body and all relevant Interest holders may be provided to the account holding bank, in accordance with Anti-Money Laundering procedures.

  • Where commingling of Client Monies (but not of Client Monies and JTC’s own monies) may occur, an Interest holder or Administered Body is only entitled to its own share of such commingled monies and any interest earned on such share of such monies.

  • Each of the obligations of the Interest Holder or Administered Body hereunder shall survive any such alienation, assignment, sale, pledge or other disposal or encumbrance as is referred to in paragraph 2.1.2.

  • JTC may, from time to time, in its discretion unilaterally amend, substitute, delete or add to these Terms, without reference to the Interest holder and/or Administered Body, although JTC will endeavour to give reasonable notice of any changes, the Terms as so amended shall thereafter have effect in relation to each Administered Body and Interest holder and Services.

  • The affairs of an Administered Body shall be conducted only by Appointees or JTC staff or other persons as the Administered Body shall have authorised.

  • In the course of providing Services JTC may instruct, or cause any Administered Body to instruct third parties on behalf of and for the benefit of the Administered Body.

  • That security interest arises by reason of possession or control of and, as the case may be, the Administered Body or Interest holder also grants or assigns title to, the Secured Assets, as a continuing security for due performance of payment obligations, whensoever, howsoever and whatsoever arising.

  • JTC shall not be required or be under a duty to disclose to an Administered Body or an Interest holder any information concerning that Administered Body or an Interest holder which may have been acquired in the course of providing Services for another Administered Body or Interest holder.

  • Nothing in these Terms shall require JTC to advise any Administered Body and/or Interest holder that it has made a report of suspicious activity or a suspicious transaction concerning the Administered Body and/or Interest holder.

Related to Administered Body

  • District Evaluation Advisory Committee means a group created to oversee and guide the planning and implementation of the Board of Education's evaluation policies and procedures as set forth in N.J.A.C. 6A:10-2.3.

  • Administering Authority means a governmental employee, or a regional planning commission empowered under s. 62.234, Wis. Stats., that is designated by the Common Council to administer this ordinance.

  • Advisory Body means any board, commission, committee, council, or authority, however selected, whose total budget, appropriations, or authorized expenditures constitute less than 1 percent of the budget of each agency it serves or $100,000, whichever is less, and whose powers, jurisdiction, and authority are solely advisory and do not include the final determination or adjudication of any personal or property rights, duties, or obligations, other than those relating to its internal operations.

  • supervisory body means a functionary or institution referred to in Schedule 2;

  • Committee means the Compensation Committee of the Board.

  • District Committees means the District Public Works Integrating Committees and the Executive Committees created pursuant to Section 164.04 of the Revised Code, and District Subcommittees created pursuant to Section 164.06 of the Revised Code.

  • Delegates means those persons elected or appointed to vote in a representative assembly for the election of a director or directors or on other matters.

  • Procurement Committee means a Committee constituted by the Employer to perform the functions as such under the terms and conditions of Contract.

  • Regulatory Oversight Committee means the committee of the Board constituted in accordance with Rule 204.

  • Administering agency means the department, the county road commission, the county drain commissioner, or the city, village, or township that has jurisdiction over the public facility, as determined by the negotiating partnership. The administering agency will administer the development of the public facility.

  • Non-Administrator Coordinated Home Care Program means a Coordinated Home Care Program which does not have an agreement with the Claim Administrator or a Blue Cross Plan but has been certified as a home health agency in accordance with the guidelines established by Medicare.

  • Diocesan Board of Education means that body constituted under the Diocesan Boards of Education Measure 1991 for the Diocese and any successor body;

  • Minister means the Minister in the Government of the State for the time being responsible for the administration of the Act to ratify this Agreement and pending the passing of that Act means the Minister for the time being designated in a notice from the State to the Company and includes the successors in office of the Minister;

  • Tribunal means any state, commonwealth, federal, foreign, territorial, or other court or government body, subdivision agency, department, commission, board, bureau or instrumentality of a governmental body.

  • Registered Benchmark Administrator means that the Underlying is administered by an administrator who is registered in a register pursuant to Article 36 of the Benchmark Regulation as specified in § 2 of the Product and Underlying Data.

  • Technical Committee means the body established in accordance with article VII;

  • Subcommittee means a subcommittee designated by the Operating Committee pursuant to the CAT NMS Plan.

  • State Board of Education means and refers to the Board that exercises general control and supervision over the public schools of the State of Alabama as constituted and authorized by ALA. CODE § 16-3-1, et seq. (1975).

  • Delegated Authority means any person or committee delegated with authority by the Municipality in terms of the provisions of the Municipal Finance Management Act.

  • Sanctions Authority means: (i) the United Nations (including the United Nations Security Council), the United States, the European Union, any Member State of the European Union and the United Kingdom; and (ii) the respective governmental, judicial, public or regulatory agencies, authorities or bodies of any of the foregoing, including the Office of Foreign Assets Control of the U.S. Department of the Treasury (“OFAC”), the United States Department of State, the European Commission and Her Majesty’s Treasury (“HMT”);

  • Supervised Person means directors, officers and partners of an Adviser (or other persons occupying a similar status or performing similar functions), employees of an Adviser, and any other person who provides advice on behalf of an Adviser and is subject to the Adviser’s supervision and control.

  • Ministerial Council means the Ministerial Council established by Part III.
