Adjusted Eurocurrency Rate definition

Adjusted Eurocurrency Rate means, for the Interest Period for any Eurocurrency Borrowing, an interest rate per annum (rounded upwards, if necessary, to the next 1/16 of 1%) equal to (a) the Eurocurrency Rate for such Interest Period multiplied by (b) the Statutory Reserve Rate for such Interest Period.
Adjusted Eurocurrency Rate means, with respect to any Eurocurrency Borrowing for any Interest Period, an interest rate per annum (rounded upwards, if necessary, to the next 1/16 of 1%) equal to (a) the Eurocurrency Rate for such Interest Period multiplied by (b) the Statutory Reserve Rate for such Interest Period.
Adjusted Eurocurrency Rate means, with respect to any Eurocurrency Rate Borrowing for any Interest Period, an interest rate per annum equal to the Eurocurrency Rate for such Interest Period multiplied by the Statutory Reserve Rate.

Adjusted Eurocurrency Rate means (a) for the Interest Period for any Eurocurrency Borrowing denominated in Dollars, an interest rate per annum (rounded upwards, if necessary, to the next 1/100 of 1%) equal to (i) the Eurocurrency Rate for such Interest Period multiplied by (ii) the Statutory Reserve Rate for such Interest Period and (b) for the Interest Period for any Eurocurrency Borrowing denominated in a Currency (other than Dollars) an interest rate per annum (rounded upwards, if necessary, to the next 1/100 of 1%) equal to the Eurocurrency Rate for such Interest Period for such Currency.
Adjusted Eurocurrency Rate means, with respect to any Eurocurrency Borrowing for any Interest Period, an interest rate per annum (rounded upwards, if necessary, to the next 1/16 of 1%) equal to (a) (i) for any Eurocurrency Borrowing denominated in U.S. Dollars or Sterling, the LIBO Rate, or (ii) for any Eurocurrency Borrowing denominated in euros, the EURO LIBO Rate, in each case in effect for such Interest Period divided by (b) one minus the Statutory Reserves applicable to such Eurocurrency Borrowing, if any.
Adjusted Eurocurrency Rate means with respect to any Eurocurrency Rate Loan for any Interest Period, an interest rate per annum equal to the Eurocurrency Rate for such Interest Period multiplied by the Statutory Reserve Rate; provided, that solely with respect to the FILO Loan, the Adjusted Eurocurrency Rate shall be deemed to be not less than 1.00% per annum. The Adjusted Eurocurrency Rate will be adjusted automatically as to all Eurocurrency Rate Loans then outstanding as of the effective date of any change in the Statutory Reserve Rate.

The Adjusted Eurocurrency Rate for any Eurocurrency Rate Borrowing that includes the Statutory Reserve Rate as a component of the calculation will be adjusted automatically with respect to all such Eurocurrency Rate Borrowings then outstanding as of the effective date of any change in the Statutory Reserve Rate.
