Adjusted Damages definition

Adjusted Damages means the Compensable Damages for each type of purchase of Securities, after it has been adjusted by a damage adjustment to account for the difference in the extent of damages for different categories of Authorized Claimant.

  • Liquidated Damages Multiplier means, with respect to a particular Purchaser, (i) the product of the Common Unit Price multiplied by (ii) the number of Purchased Units purchased by such Purchaser that may not be disposed of without restriction and without the need for current public information pursuant to any section of Rule 144 (or any similar provision then in effect) under the Securities Act.

  • Economic damages means objectively verifiable monetary losses, including medical expenses, loss of earnings, burial costs, loss of use of property, cost of replacement or repair, cost of obtaining substitute domestic services, loss of employment, and loss of business or employment opportunities.

  • Cover Damages means, with respect to any Delivery Shortfall, an amount equal to (a) the positive net amount, if, any, by which the Replacement Price exceeds the applicable Price that would have been paid pursuant to Section 5.1 and the Cover Sheet, multiplied by the quantity of that Delivery Shortfall, plus (b) any applicable penalties and other costs assessed by ISO-NE or any other Person against Buyer as a result of Seller’s failure to deliver such Products in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.   • Covered Damage All damages to property of the unit's owner, up to $1,475.00 in the aggregate for each Stay, that occurs during the Covered Guest's stay and that is the result of the inadvertent acts or omissions of the Covered Guest or the Covered Guest's invitee, excluding the damages listed in the conditions section above. • "Covered Guest": All registered guests and all persons booked to share the same unit of accommodations, and have paid the required plan cost. • "Stay": The stay at an iTrip unit, from the date of a Covered Guest's check-in to the date of check-out.

  • Overhead Damage means any damage to the Vehicle or to any third-party property that is caused by:

  • Delay Damages means the damages assessed pursuant to Section 3.2(a) hereof.

  • Actual Damages has the meaning set forth in Section 12.4(C).

  • Minimum Redemption Amount has the meaning specified in the applicable Final Terms;

  • Damages Payment Date With respect to the Series A Notes, each Interest Payment Date.

  • Interest Share Amount shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2(a).
