Adequate work definition

Adequate work. The District shall not require an employee to report for work 35 without providing sufficient work to earn at least one-half (½) of his/her normal daily 36 wage for the shift or, if insufficient work, paying the employee for one-half (½) of 37 their scheduled work shift.
