Additional Works definition

Additional Works means any services, plant, machinery, tools, equipment or works that the Company agrees to provide to the Customer under the Contract pursuant to Clause 3.4 in addition to those detailed in the Quotation;

Additional Works means any Works or Special Works not specifically referred to in this Agreement, the schedules hereto or in the Plans and Specifications;

Additional Works. Has the same meaning as set out in the Acceptance Waiver Agreement.

Examples of Additional Works in a sentence

• Additional Works may be incorporated into this Agreement at such time as both parties agree to the exhibition of other Works and such Works are listed on the Inventory.

• Process for scheduling and executing service disruptions necessary for Maintenance Repairs, Renewal Work and Additional Works, as applicable.

• BREP will give Lessor prior Notice of the commencement of any Work relating to such Improvements or Additional Works.

• HMQ may assign the methods and manner of construction (where applicable) of the Additional Works, the coordination and scheduling of the Additional Works and the safety training in respect of the Additional Works to Project Co.

• The Project covered by this Exhibit “C” shall consist of the design and construction of the Improvements as set forth in Exhibit “B” to the Lease and any future Improvements or Additional Works provided under this Lease.

Additional Works means any change, improvement or addition to the design, layout or structure of the Project Facilities made or proposed to be made on or after the following dates:

Additional Works means any drainage work and drainage infrastructure including soak-away pits, grading, landscaping, fencing, tree planting, buffering, berming or other development requirements associated with the proper development of the Plan of Subdivision and which are listed as additional works to be completed pursuant to this Agreement;

Additional Works means any extra works to be carried out at the Premises, including, but not limited to:

Additional Works means such works additional to the Agreed Capital Works Programme as referred to in Clause 9.1.4;

Additional Works means any products or services not included in the Quotation but agreed by You on foot of our quotation under clause 3.d below.

Additional Works means any products or services in addition to the supply and installation of the Netatmo Thermostat.
