Additional Warranties definition

Additional Warranties means the Warranties other than the Basic Warranties;
Additional Warranties means construction, manufacturers and other warranties, guarantees and other performance commitments as are obtained by or on behalf of either Party in respect of the Event Centre or the Operation thereof from time to time during the Term.
