Additional Warrant definition

Additional Warrant shall have the meaning set forth in the Warrant Antidilution Agreement.

Additional Warrant means the additional warrant to purchase shares of Company Common Stock or Series B Preferred Stock which may be issued to the Purchaser pursuant to the terms of Section 4.05 herein. The Additional Warrant shall have the key terms set forth in Exhibit E attached hereto.
