Additional Users definition

Additional Users means those users nominated by you to use ANZ FastPay on your behalf.

Additional Users means the individual(s) aged 18 or over referred to and identified as such in the Contract Details, including any person who subsequently becomes an Additional User.

More Definitions of Additional Users

Additional Users means any Customer Affiliate and the Customer Affiliates set forth in the Agreement. Customer Affiliate means any existing or future entity in which Customer directly or beneficially owns more than 20%of that entity’s outstanding ownership or which such entity owns more than 20%of Customer s outstanding ownership interest. Additional Users may use the Services provided to Customer and such usage will contribute to the AVC. Additional Users means individuals who are authorized by Company to use the Software after the Company has paid the User Subscription Fee but prior to the termination or expiration of this Agreement.
