Additional Territory definition

Additional Territory means all countries and territories in the world except the Territory and the USA;
Additional Territory means any territory added to the Licenses pursuant to (and as identified in) an Additional License Addendum as described in Section 2.4(e).
Additional Territory means: (a) Canada, Mexico and Brazil but excluding any such country as to which this Agreement has been terminated by a Party pursuant to a provision of this Agreement (the “Priority Additional Territory”) and (b) Argentina, Bolivia, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Paraguay, Peru, Uruguay, Venezuela, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, Panama, Dominican Republic, and Haiti, but excluding any such country as to which this Agreement has been terminated by a Party pursuant to a provision of this Agreement (the “Other Additional Territory”).

Examples of Additional Territory in a sentence

  • Affiliate undertakes that, if Affiliate is desirous of extending its operation beyond the Territory (“ Additional Territory”), Affiliate shall give at least thirty (30) days prior written notice to Broadcaster (through Authorized Representative) specifying the name of city and corresponding state/union territory of Additional Territory and such extension to the Additional Territory shall be subject to compliance of procedure set out under Applicable Laws and/or the terms of this Agreement.

  • If the Affiliate re-transmits signals of the Subscribed Channels in the Additional Territory in contravention of this provision, then the same shall tantamount to Piracy of Channel(s) of Broadcaster.

  • It is hereby clarified that if Broadcaster (through Authorized Representative) objects to Affiliate’s operationin Additional Territory within 30 days of receipt of the Territory Extension Notice, the Affiliate shall not re-transmit signals of the Subscribed Channels beyond the Territory.

  • If Affiliate re-transmits signals of the Subscribed Channels in the Additional Territory in contravention of this provision, then the same shall tantamount to Piracy of Channel(s) of Broadcaster.

  • We will determine the origin of the Inbound Lead by the zip code of the contact, or by any other electronic mean that allows us to pinpoint such location.You may relocate your Franchised Business at any time within your Protected Territory and Additional Territory.


More Definitions of Additional Territory

Additional Territory shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.01(a).
Additional Territory means all of the countries of the world except the countries included in the Territory , the Nycomed Territory and the countries represented by the Shionogi Territory.
Additional Territory means the countries or regions that may be added from time to time by the parties in an Additional Territory Term Sheet, in the form set forth on Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated herein
Additional Territory means any of the following: (a) all countries in Nxxxx Xxxxxxx, Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxx, Xxxxx Xxxxxxx, including the Caribbean but excluding the Initial Territory, (b) all countries in Europe, Middle East and Africa, or (c) all counties of the world other than those in the Initial Territory and those listed in (a) or (b) above. Takeda may obtain a license to Develop and Commercialize a Product for an Additional Territory as described in Section 3.3.
Additional Territory has the meaning set forth in Section 11.
