By using the GlobalMeet® Webinar and GlobalMeet Webcast Licensed Services, Customer agrees to abide by the Additional Terms of Service for Licensed Services and the Terms and Conditions.

Unless otherwise provided for in these General Terms of Service, any applicable Additional Terms of Service or any Service Order Documents, all Services shall have a Service Term of month to month and, unless otherwise terminated in accordance with the Agreement, shall automatically renew on a month to month basis.
Neither party makes any representation or warranty in connection with the Services, except as expressly warranted in this Agreement or the Additional Terms of Service.
If Customer uses the Cloud Service to access Google Maps functionality (“GM Service”) through a Google Maps API, such use of the GM Service is subject to Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service available at https://maps.google.com/help/terms_maps.html.
