Additional Technology definition

Additional Technology shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.1(c).

  • The term “Software” as used herein, shall be deemed to include the Additional Technology and Third Party Products.

More Definitions of Additional Technology

Additional Technology has the meaning set forth in Section 2.3.
Additional Technology means inventions, discoveries, information, and know-how in the FIELD OF USE which may be developed under the Sponsored Research Agreement.
