Additional Suspension definition

Additional Suspension means any Suspension in addition to a Mandatory Match Suspension; “Affected Party” has the meaning given to it in section 12.4 of these Regulations;

  • Summary suspension means the immediate suspension of either a facility's license or program-specific certification or both by the department pending administrative proceedings for suspension, revocation, or other actions deemed necessary by the department.

  • Short-term suspension means any disciplinary action whereby a student is not permitted to attend school for a period not to exceed ten school days.

Except for students who are charged with a disciplinary offense set forth in subsections (a) or (b) of G.L. c. 71, §37 H, or in section 37H ½ of G.L. c. 71, no student may be placed on long-term suspension for one or more disciplinary offenses for more than ninety (90) school days in a school year beginning with the first day that the student is removed from school. No long-term suspension shall extend beyond the end of the school year in which such suspension is imposed.

  • Additional SDU Study means a deliverability study that a Developer may elect to pursue as that term is defined in OATT Section 25 (OATT Attachment S). For purposes of Section 23.4.5 of this Attachment H, “Affiliated Entity” shall mean, with respect to a person or Entity:

  • Blackout Period shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3(n).

  • Suspension Notice As defined in Section 6(d) hereof.

  • Look-back Period means, with respect to any Employment Violation by Grantee, the period beginning on the date which is 12 months prior to the date of such Employment Violation by Grantee and ending on the date of computation of the Recapture Amount with respect to such Employment Violation.

  • Grace Period means the 30-day period following expiration of a license when the license is still considered to be active. In order to renew a license during the grace period, a licensee is required to pay a late fee.

  • Initial Effectiveness Deadline means the date which is (i) in the event that the Initial Registration Statement is not subject to a full review by the SEC, sixty (60) calendar days after the Closing Date or (ii) in the event that the Initial Registration Statement is subject to a full review by the SEC, ninety (90) calendar days after the Closing Date.

  • Suspension means a suspension pursuant to Education Law § 3214.
