Additional Supplies definition

Additional Supplies means Supplies you may request not included under other categories in this Agreement; Affiliate means, with respect to an entity, any person or entity that directly or indirectly owns, is owned by, or is under common ownership with that entity. For purposes of this definition, ownership means control of more than a 50% interest in an entity; Agreement means these General Terms, the applicable Supply Specific Terms, your Order(s) and other incorporated documents; Commencement Date means the commencement date of the Agreement as set out on the Order; Confidential Information means information received from the other Party which is marked or stated to be confidential at the time of disclosure, or which by its nature ought reasonably to be regarded as confidential including, without limitation, any services, Software, pricing and discounts communicated pursuant to these General Terms; Customer Data means all data, documents, email or other materials submitted by you, or by a third party on your behalf, in respect of the Supplies; Customer Material means such materials and information including, where relevant, Third Party Software, documentation, reports and data, as we reasonably require for the provision of the Supplies; Customer Representative means a person appointed by you to be a point of liaison with us in respect of the Agreement; Deliverables means all products, works, materials, documentation and information (other than Software) that are developed specifically for delivery to you pursuant to any Supply Specific Terms and/or an Order;
Additional Supplies means any supplies not listed in Schedule “B”, Appendix 1. “Affiliate” has the meaning ascribed to it in the Business Corporation Act (Canada).
Additional Supplies means Supplies you may request not included under other categories in this Agreement; Affiliate means, with respect to an entity, any person or entity that directly or indirectly owns, is owned by, or is under common ownership with that entity. For purposes of this definition, ownership means control of more than a 50% interest in an entity; Agent means the third-party agent / subcontractor providing some aspects of the execution of Services from our designated existing agent network, or a Specified Agent as may be requested by you for the conclusion of the Services. Agreement means these General Terms, your Order(s) and other incorporated documents;

Examples of Additional Supplies in a sentence

  • Any supplies not listed in Schedule “B”, Appendix 1 (the “Additional Supplies”) may be billed by the Operator to AHS if the cumulative cost for all Additional Supplies used in a single Base Surgery equal to or exceed $50.

  • The amount reimbursed by AHS for these Additional Supplies shall not exceed the actual cost plus 10%.

  • Unless otherwise specified in an Order, if either Party wishes to modify a provision of the Agreement or request Additional Supplies such Party may propose a change by delivering such request to the other Party in writing.

  • A20 For the purposes of this Schedule: Additional Supplies Means: (a) New Supplies; (b) State Scheme Supplies; (c) New Cohorts added to the NIP during the Term; (d) Additional Orders for Other Procurement Supplies; or (e) Additional Orders of Supplies, excluding Pandemic Supplies, above the National Market Share.

  • Pandemic Supplies are not Additional Supplies (the purchase of Pandemic Supplies is addressed under Part 6 of the relevant vaccine supply Deed).

  • AHS may, in addition to the Facility Fees and Additional Supplies set out above, reimburse the Operator for reasonable and non-routine medically necessary implants, hardware and appliances (for example plates and screws) at a price equivalent to AHS’ cost on such items.

  • Custodial/Maintenance $30hr Technology $35hr CNC $25hr Other Additional Supplies The person signing this request agrees to assume responsibility for payment of all fees, enforcement of NO SMOKING in the building, liability for any damage to or loss of property that may accrue and the observance of all regulations.

  • The price of the Additional Supplies shall amount to 265.200 EUR (two hundred sixty five thousand two hundred EUROS) VAT excluded, if any.

  • The payment conditions of the Additional Supplies (as foreseen in the IBA quotation no P/2012/035_V01 dated November 6, 2012) are: 50% upon signature of the present Amendment no 2 – payable against presentation by the Seller of the related commercial invoice; 50% at shipment of the Additional Supplies – payable against presentation by the Seller of the related commercial invoice and a copy of the transport document.


More Definitions of Additional Supplies

Additional Supplies means any services, goods, software, materials or works delivered or provided by RDS which are not covered by the Base Supplies or for which an Additional Charge is payable, including any which arise, are requested, or are agreed, under this Agreement after the Effective Date of this Agreement; "Affiliate" means, in relation to a company, any subsidiary of that company, any holding company of that company, and any subsidiary of any such holding company, from time to time, where references to "company", "subsidiary" and "holding company" shall be as defined in Section 1159 of the Companies Act 2006, and for these purposes a company shall also be considered to be a member of any other company if it has any legal or beneficial ownership of any shares of that other company, whether or not it is recorded in the register of members or has granted any security over such ownership;
Additional Supplies means that part of Additional Resource which is to be made available to the Company; `Agreement' means this agreement;

Related to Additional Supplies

  • Medical supplies means items for medical use that are suitable for use in a health care facility or in the home and that are disposable or semi-disposable and are non-reusable.

  • Non-local supplier means a supplier or service provider, whose goods, services or works offered for procurement, has local content less than or equal to 20%, as defined under above Order.

  • Class-I local supplier means a supplier or service provider, whose goods, services or works offered for procurement, has local content equal to or more than 50%, as defined under said Order.

  • Class-lI local supplier means a supplier or service provider, whose goods, services or works offered for procurement, has local content more than 20% but less than 50%, as defined under this Order

  • Class-II local supplier means a supplier or service provider, whose goods, services or works offered for procurement, has local content more than 20% but less than 50%, as defined under this order.

  • Local Supplier means a supplier or service provider whose product or service offered for procurement meets the minimum local content of 50% as prescribed in DIPP Order No.P-45021/2/2017-PP (BE-II) dated 28th May, 2018 or by the competent Ministries/Departments in pursuance of this order.

  • Clinical Supply Agreement shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.2.

  • fuel supplier means an entity supplying fuel to the market that is responsible for passing fuel through an excise duty point or, in the case of electricity or where no excise is due or where duly justified, any other relevant entity designated by a Member State;

  • Additional Equipment means equipment that is not factory fitted in the Vehicle, including but not limited to navigation equipment (GPS), baby seat, bicycle rack etcetera;

  • Self Supply LSE means a Load Serving Entity in one or more Mitigated Capacity Zones that operates under a long-standing business model to meet more than fifty percent of its Load obligations through its own generation and that is (i) a municipally owned electric system that was created by an act of one or more local governments pursuant to the laws of the State of New York to own or control distribution facilities and/or provide electric service, (ii) a cooperatively owned electric system that was created by an act of one or more local governments pursuant to the laws of State of New York or otherwise created pursuant to the Rural Electric Cooperative Law of New York to own or control distribution facilities and/or provide electric service, (iii) a “Single Customer Entity,” or (iv) a “Vertically Integrated Utility.” A Self Supply LSE cannot be an entity that is a public authority or corporate municipal instrumentality created by the State of New York (including a subsidiary of such an authority or instrumentality) that owns or operates generation or transmission and that is authorized to produce, transmit or distribute electricity for the benefit of the public unless it meets the criteria provided in section (i), (ii), or (iii) of this definition. For purposes of this definition only: “Vertically Integrated Utility” means a utility that owns generation, includes such generation in a non-bypassable charge in its regulated rates, earns a regulated return on its investment in such generation, and that as of the date of its request for a Self Supply Exemption, has not divested more than seventy-five percent of its generation assets owned on May 20, 1996; and “Single Customer Entity” means an LSE that serves at retail only customers that are under common control with such LSE, where such control means holding 51% or more of the voting securities or voting interests of the LSE and all its retail customers.

  • Additional Series or “Additional Series Equipment Notes” means Equipment Notes issued under the Indenture and designated as a Series (other than “Series AA” or “Series A”) thereunder in the principal amounts and maturities and bearing interest as specified in Schedule I to the Indenture amended at the time of original issuance of such Additional Series under the heading for such Series.

  • Additional Series Equipment Notes means Equipment Notes issued under the Indenture and designated as a Series (other than “Series AA” or “Series A”) thereunder in the principal amounts and maturities and bearing interest as specified in Schedule I to the Indenture amended at the time of original issuance of such Additional Series under the heading for such Series.

  • Additional Services shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.03(a).

  • Additional Facilities has the meaning assigned to that term in Section 2.9(a).

  • Fixed Asset Supplies means items included within “Property and Equipment” under the Uniform System of Accounts including, but not limited to, linen, china, glassware, tableware, uniforms, and similar items, whether used in connection with public space or Guest Rooms.

  • Additional Facility is defined in Section 7.01.

  • Designated Equipment means either: (i) a server identified by serial number, or host I.D. on which the Licensed Materials are stored; or (ii) a computer or workstation, as identified by its serial number, host I.D. number or Ethernet address; to which the Licensed Materials are downloaded and Used only upon the issuance of a License Key. The Designated Equipment shall be of a manufacture, make and model, and have the configuration, capacity (i.e., memory/disk), operating software version level, and pre- requisite and co-requisite applications, prescribed in the Documentation as necessary or desirable for the operation of the Software.

  • Additional Transportation Cost means the actual cost incurred for one-way Economy Transportation by Common Carrier reduced by the value of an unused travel ticket.

  • Additional Senior Obligations means all indebtedness of the Company whether incurred on or prior to the date of this Indenture or thereafter incurred, for claims in respect of derivative products such as interest and foreign exchange rate contracts, commodity contracts and similar arrangements; provided, however, that Additional Senior Obligations does not include claims in respect of Senior Debt or Subordinated Debt or obligations which, by their terms, are expressly stated to be not superior in right of payment to the Debentures or to rank pari passu in right of payment with the Debentures. For purposes of this definition, "claim" shall have the meaning assigned thereto in Section 101(4) of the United States Bankruptcy Code of 1978, as amended.

  • Travel Supplier means any entity or organization that coordinates or supplies travel services for You.

  • Commercial Supply Agreement has the meaning set forth in Section 4.1 (Supply Agreement).

  • Correctional facility means a facility operated under the management and control of the Virginia Department of Corrections.

  • Additional Servicing Expenses means (a) all Property Protection Advances, fees and/or expenses incurred by and reimbursable to any Servicer, Trustee, Certificate Administrator or fiscal agent pursuant to the Servicing Agreement relating solely to the Mortgage Loan, and (b) all interest accrued on Advances made by (x) any Servicer or Trustee in accordance with the terms of the Servicing Agreement or (y) any Non-Lead Servicer or Non-Lead Trustee in accordance with the terms of the Non-Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement.

  • Self-Supply means Capacity Resources secured by a Load-Serving Entity, by ownership or contract, outside a Reliability Pricing Model Auction, and used to meet obligations under this Attachment or the Reliability Assurance Agreement through submission in a Base Residual Auction or an Incremental Auction of a Sell Offer indicating such Market Seller’s intent that such Capacity Resource be Self-Supply. Self-Supply may be either committed regardless of clearing price or submitted as a Sell Offer with a price bid. A Load Serving Entity's Sell Offer with a price bid for an owned or contracted Capacity Resource shall not be deemed “Self- Supply,” unless it is designated as Self-Supply and used by the LSE to meet obligations under this Attachment or the Reliability Assurance Agreement.

  • Additional Senior Debt means any Indebtedness of the Parent Borrower (other than Indebtedness constituting Credit Agreement Obligations) Guaranteed by the Guarantors (and not Guaranteed by any other Subsidiary) which Indebtedness and Guarantees are secured by the Senior Collateral (or a portion thereof) on a pari passu basis (but without regard to control of remedies) with the Credit Agreement Obligations (and not secured by Liens on any other assets of the Parent Borrower or any Subsidiary); provided, however, that, (i) such Indebtedness is permitted to be incurred, secured and Guaranteed on such basis by each Senior Debt Document and Second Priority Debt Document and (ii) the Representative for the holders of such Indebtedness shall have become party to (A) this Agreement pursuant to, and by satisfying the conditions set forth in, Section 8.09 hereof and (B) the First Lien Intercreditor Agreement pursuant to, and by satisfying the conditions set forth in, Section 5.13 thereof, provided further that, if such Indebtedness will be the initial Additional Senior Debt incurred by the Parent Borrower after the date hereof, then the Guarantors, the Senior Collateral Agent and the Representative for such Indebtedness shall have executed and delivered the First Lien Intercreditor Agreement. Additional Senior Debt shall include any Registered Equivalent Notes and Guarantees thereof by the Guarantors issued in exchange therefor.

  • Additional Costs has the meaning given that term in Section 4.1.
