Additional Software definition

Additional Software means: Visual Studio Team Foundation Build Services Cloud Use. You may run Visual Studio Team Foundation Server 2018 pre-release software on Microsoft Azure.
Additional Software means software that is added to the Embedded System (after installation of the original Image) and that supports the functions of the Embedded Application.
Additional Software means third-party vendor software, licensed directly by Customer through its own suppliers and not sold or distributed by DI, whether or not it was recommended for use in connection with installation and Use of the Software.

  • Customer should not install any version, update, or upgrade of any Additional Software, on a shared platform with the Software, unless Customer understands the impact and necessity of the Additional Software version, update, or upgrade with the Software.

  • Customer must understand and assume the risk to the Software for the application of Additional Software versions, updates, or upgrade.

  • Additional Software, Services, or Subscriptions can be purchased in an Add-On Contract, and the Subscription costs and terms for Add-on Contract purchases will generally be prorated to co-terminate and co-renew with the Order Contract, unless otherwise specified.

Additional Software means Additional Applications and Additional Licenses that are part of Application Software, and related Documentation, that Contractor may provide following Go-Live upon County’s request therefor in accordance with Paragraph 5.4 (Optional Work) and Task 10 (Optional Work) of Exhibit A (Statement of Work), which will update Schedule B.1 (Optional Work). Once accepted and approved by County, Additional Software shall become part of, and be deemed, Application Software for the purpose of this Agreement.
Additional Software means software that is installed by the Customer during the Rental Term; “Authorised Personnel”means employees of or consultants to the Customer that have been trained in the relevant aspects of information technology in order to perform maintenance and updates to the Equipment; “Customer”means the customer who is renting the Equipment subject to these Terms and Conditions; “Customer Data”means any and all data created by or for the Customer which is stored on the Equipment; “Deposit”means the sum payable by the Customer under Clause 3 of these Terms and Conditions and as set out in the Hire Contract;“Preinstalled Software”means software that is installed on the Equipment by the Company and supplied therewith for the Rental Term; “Premises”means the location referred to in the Hire Contract to which the goods are delivered to and/or collected from; “Price List”means the Company’s price list, current at the time of the start of the Rental Term; “Rental”means the rental of the Equipment by the Customer subject to these Terms and Conditions;
Additional Software has the meaning given in clause 6.3;
Additional Software means the third-party computer programs used by CSG with the Software in order to supply the Deliverables and perform the Test Services,. Affiliate means in relation to any specified Party, any other party wholly owned by or that wholly owns, or that controls, is controlled by or is under common control with such Party as of the Effective Date. “Control”, for purposes hereof, means the possession, directly or indirectly, of the power to direct or cause the direction of the management and policies of an entity through the majority ownership of voting securities.
Additional Software means (a) the additional licenses for then-existing System Software and (b) the software, including, but not limited to, all object code and related Documentation, in each case, which County may request, and which Contractor shall provide, in accordance with Paragraph 5.3 (Additional Work Request), Exhibit A (Scope of Work) and the applicable Statement of Work, and recorded from time to time in Exhibit B (Schedule of Prices and Payments), including but not limited to Third Party Software.
