Additional Sites definition

Additional Sites include: (i) for DTSC, “DTSC Additional NPL Sites” and “DTSC Additional Other Sites”; (ii) for the LA Regional Board, “LA Regional Board Additional Sites”; and (iii) for the Settling Federal Agencies, “U.S. Additional CERCLIS/NPL Sites,” “U.S. Additional Other Sites,” and “Reserved Additional Sites.” An “Additional Site” shall be construed to include (i) for those sites now or hereafter included on the NPL, all areas of a site as defined by EPA for purposes of the NPL, including any later expansion of such site as may be determined by EPA, and any natural resources affected or potentially affected by the release or threatened release of hazardous substances at or from such site, and (ii) for those sites not included on the NPL, all areas and natural resources affected or potentially affected by the release or threatened release of hazardous substances at or from such site.
Additional Sites means, individually or collectively, any additional properties (including land and Improvements) and all related facilities that become owned or leased by a Borrower after the Closing Date, and, in the case of any other Additional Borrower, the date on which such Additional Borrower became a Borrower, in each case, in accordance with Section 11.7.
Additional Sites means the sites (including, without limitation, all facilities, as that term is defined in CERCLA) as set forth in Exhibit C to this Settlement Agreement. “Additional Sites” include: (i) for DTSC, “DTSC Additional NPL Sites” and “DTSC Additional Other Sites”; (ii) for the LA Regional Board, “LA Regional Board Additional Sites”; and (iii) for the Settling Federal Agencies, “U.S. Additional CERCLIS/NPL Sites,” “U.S. Additional Other Sites,” and “Reserved Additional Sites.”

Examples of Additional Sites in a sentence

  • Authorized Users excludes Customer’s corporate affiliates, academic bookstores, and alumni unless those users are expressly included and reflected on the Order Form or Additional Sites Schedule.

  • Additional Sites may be added upon written notice to ProQuest and payment of additional fees, if applicable.

  • If any one or a combination of these elements materially increases (e.g., if the Customer acquires a new affiliate), a fee increase commensurate with such change may be required before access and use of the Service is provided to or for the benefit of the additional user population and/or Additional Sites.

  • Customer shall not broadcast or otherwise cause or consent to the program to be broadcast at any location other than the licensed Site or any licensed Additional Sites.

  • Customer shall not duplicate or transfer any portion of the program to any other medium other than its closed-circuit system within the physical boundaries of the Site and any licensed Additional Sites.


More Definitions of Additional Sites

Additional Sites has the meaning assigned to the term in Section 7.6.
Additional Sites means the following closed uranium sites: Córdoba (El Chichón) and Los Gigantes sites (located in the Borrower’s Province of Córdoba), the Huemul site (located in the Borrower’s Province of Mendoza), the La Estela site (located in the Borrower’s Province of San Xxxx), the Los Colorados site (located in the Borrower’s Province of La Rioja), the Pichiñan site (located in the Borrower’s Province of Chubut), the Tonco site (located in the Borrower’s Province of Salta), and any other closed uranium site selected by the Borrower and acceptable to the Bank.
Additional Sites has the meaning given in clause 7.8.
Additional Sites means all sites, including, without limitation, all facilities as that term is defined in CERCLA, other than the Liquidated Sites and Debtor-Owned Sites. An additional site shall be construed to include (i) for those sites now or hereafter included on the NPL, all areas of a site as defined by EPA for purposes of the NPL, including any later expansion of such site as may be determined by EPA, and any affected natural resources, and (ii) for those sites not included on the NPL, all areas and natural resources affected or potentially affected by the release or threatened release of a hazardous substance.
Additional Sites has the meaning set forth in Section 1.6, below.
Additional Sites means, in connection with the draft Environmental Settlement Agreement between the Debtors and the EPA, those waste disposal sites used by the Debtors before the Petition Date that are not discovered until after confirmation of the Plan or where the Debtors' use of the site has been confirmed but an allocable share of liability cannot yet be determined.
Additional Sites shall exclude any Rejected Sites, but shall have the ---------------- meaning contemplated by Section 2.10(a) and shall refer to sites, including In- Progress Sites, which are generally comparable to Tower Sites to be conveyed pursuant to this Agreement in the following respects: (i) type, height and structural capacity of the tower, (ii) type and size of the site, (iii) third party revenues derived from the lease of space to tenants, and (iv) available space for lease to third party tenants, and as to which Powertel or the Sellers (or their Affiliates) propose to lease tower and ground space pursuant to the Master Lease and the terms and conditions contained therein, and on which telecommunications tower structures are either (A) constructed and fully complete, or (B) in the case of In-Progress Sites, being constructed and fully completed.
