Day-ahead Loss Price means the Loss Price resulting from the Day-ahead Energy Market.
Normal weekly hours of work means the lesser of 40 hours or
Work Day means any day that an Employee is regularly scheduled to work and for which the Employee receives payment from the Employer.
Additional Day-ahead Scheduling Reserves Requirement means the portion of the Day- ahead Scheduling Reserves Requirement that is required in addition to the Base Day-ahead Scheduling Reserves Requirement to ensure adequate resources are procured to meet real-time load and operational needs, as specified in the PJM Manuals.
Clock hours means the actual number of hours or time a participant spends attending the instructional portion of a training designed to develop or enhance early care and education or school–age care competencies.
Framework Commencement Date means [insert date dd/mm/yyyy];
Off-Peak Hours means those hours which are not On-Peak Hours.
Work week means a seven (7) consecutive day week that consistently begins and ends on the same days throughout the year; i.e. Sunday through Saturday, Wednesday through Tuesday, Friday through Thursday.
Afternoon shift means any shift finishing after 6.00pm and at or before midnight.

Current placement episode means the period of time that
Operational Hours for the Facility means the total across all Generating Units of the number of hours each of the Facility’s Generating Units are potentially capable of producing power at its Nameplate Capacity Rating regardless of actual weather, season and time of day or night, without any mechanical operating constraint or restriction, and potentially capable of delivering such power to the Point of Delivery in a Contract Year. During up to, but not more than, 200 hours of Planned Maintenance during a Contract Year for each Generation Unit and hours during which an event of Force Majeure exists, a Generation Unit shall be considered potentially capable of delivering such power to the Point of Delivery. For example, in the absence of any Planned Maintenance beyond 200 hours on any Generation Unit of Event of Force Majeure, the Operational Hours for a wind farm with five separate two MW turbines would be 43,800 for a Contract Year.
Clock hour means either of the following:
Net direct written premiums means direct gross premiums written in this state on insurance policies subject to this chapter, less return premiums and dividends paid or credited to policyholders on such direct business. “Net direct written premiums” does not include premiums on a contract between insurers or reinsurers.
STIPULATED HOURS OF SERVICE PER DAY means hours of duty per day, normal hours/timings of duty whereof shall be determined by the Company's Engineer for which fixed charge shall be payable.
Observation Shift Days means the number of London Banking Days specified in the relevant Final Terms; and
Day Shift means a shift which commences at or after 6.00 am and before 10.00 am.
Short-barreled shotgun means a shotgun having one or more barrels less than eighteen inches in length and any weapon made from a shotgun by any means of modification if such modified weapon has an overall length of less than twenty-six inches.
PRICED SCHEDULE OR QUANTITIES means the schedule duly priced.
Additional Accelerated Purchase Minimum Price Threshold means, with respect to an Additional Accelerated Purchase made pursuant to Section 2(c) hereof, any minimum per share price threshold set forth in the applicable Additional Accelerated Purchase Notice.
Minimum Sale Price means (i) with respect to a Receivable (x) that has become 60 to 210 days delinquent or (y) that has become greater than 210 days delinquent and with respect to which the related Financed Vehicle has been repossessed by the Servicer and has not yet been sold at auction, the greater of (A) 55% multiplied by the Principal Balance of such Receivable and (B) the product of the three month rolling average recovery rate (expressed as a percentage) for the Servicer in its liquidation of all receivables for which it acts as servicer, either pursuant to this Agreement or otherwise, multiplied by the Principal Balance of such Receivable or (ii) with respect to a Receivable (x) with respect to which the related Financed Vehicle has been repossessed by the Servicer and has been sold at auction and the Net Liquidation Proceeds for which have been deposited in the Collection Account, or (y) that has become greater than 210 days delinquent and with respect to which the related Financed Vehicle has not been repossessed by the Servicer despite the Servicer’s diligent efforts, consistent with its servicing obligations, to repossess the Financed Vehicle, $1.
VWAP Minimum Price Threshold means, with respect to any particular VWAP Purchase Notice, the Sale Price on the VWAP Purchase Date equal to the greater of (i) 80% of the Closing Sale Price on the Business Day immediately preceding the VWAP Purchase Date or (ii) such higher price as set forth by the Company in the VWAP Purchase Notice.
relevant minimum wage means the minimum wage and includes any incremental adjustment prescribed in this award for the class of work for which an employee is engaged
Base Day-ahead Scheduling Reserves Requirement means the thirty-minute reserve requirement for the PJM Region established consistent with the Applicable Standards, plus any additional thirty-minute reserves scheduled in response to an RTO-wide Hot or Cold Weather Alert or other reasons for conservative operations. Offering Commencement Date means the first day of each Offering Period.
The Contract Price means the price payable to the Supplier under the Contract for the full and proper performance of its contractual obligations.
