Additional Services definition

Additional Services shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.03(a).

Additional Services means any and all services which are not Services as set forth in the Fee and Service Schedule, but performed by Transfer Agent upon request of Customer.

Additional Services has the meaning set forth in Section 2.11.

Examples of Additional Services in a sentence

• Client acknowledges that significant changes to the Project or construction schedule or budget or to the Project's scope may require Additional Services of Landscape Architect.

• Rebidding or renegotiating contracts to reduce the contract costs to funds available shall be considered Additional Services.

• Requests for Additional Services shall be made to SHERIFF by DISTRICT through the SHERIFF’s area Captain or his or her designee and shall preferably be made in writing or, if made in person or by telephone, shall be confirmed in writing by the requestor within forty-eight (48) hours of the request.

• Additional Services are not included as part of the Scope of Services and shall be paid for by the Client in addition to payment for the services included.

• Additional Services may include further options to the Scope of Work, renderings, or documentation for funding submissions by the City of Xxxxxxx.

More Definitions of Additional Services

Additional Services means those services not included in the Description of Project section of each Assignment (as defined below) which may be requested by TFC at any time for the duration of an Assignment, as discussed in Article IV below.

Additional Services means the additional services that the Distributor or the Retailer will provide to the other as described in schedule 2;
