Additional Servicer definition

Additional Servicer. Each affiliate of each Servicer that services any of the Mortgage Loans and each Person who is not an affiliate of the any Servicer, who services 10% or more of the Mortgage Loans. For clarification purposes, the Master Servicer and the Securities Administrator are Additional Servicers.
Additional Servicer. Each Affiliate of the Master Servicer, the Special Servicer or either Mortgage Loan Seller that services any of the Mortgage Loans and each Person who is not an Affiliate of the Master Servicer, other than the Special Servicer, who services 10% or more of the Mortgage Loans by unpaid principal balance as of any date of determination pursuant to Article XI.
Additional Servicer. Each Affiliate of the Master Servicer, the Special Servicer, the Certificate Administrator, the Trustee, the Depositor, any Mortgage Loan Seller or any of the Underwriters that Services any of the Mortgage Loans, each Outside Servicer, each Outside Special Servicer and each Person, other than the Special Servicer or the Certificate Administrator, who is not an Affiliate of the Master Servicer, the Certificate Administrator, the Trustee, the Depositor, any Mortgage Loan Seller or any of the Underwriters who Services 10% or more of the Mortgage Loans by unpaid principal balance calculated in accordance with the provisions of Regulation AB.

Additional Servicer. Each Affiliate of the Servicer or the Special Servicer (other than the Certificate Administrator) that Services the Whole Loan and each Person who is not an Affiliate of the Servicer or the Special Servicer, who Services the Whole Loan as of any date of determination.
